What: A full day of obstacle course racing instruction from Ben Greenfield and Hunter McIntyre, including rigs, ropes, walls, traverse, balance, carries, drags, flips, over-under weave, spear throws, run technique, and much more, with a final, epic BBQ feast at the end.
Who It’s For: Obstacle course racers, exercise enthusiasts and fitness freaks of any skill level, beginner to advanced.
Travel: If you’re flying, fly to GEG airport (Spokane, WA). Don’t fly to Seattle, unless you want a 5 hour drive. Ben Greenfield’s and the host hotel are 20 minutes from the Spokane airport. And yes, Spokane has Uber, not just horse and buggy.
Total Cost: $297 after June 15$197 early bird registration (register on or by June 15), with zero hidden fees or funky add-ons.

What To Bring: A kick-ass attitude, shoes, socks, shorts or pants, shirts any energy bars or energy drinks you want for the day (final BBQ party will be included with your registration), and any booze you want for the BBQ party.
Again, you can attend this event as part of the July 8th and 9th SEALFit 20x, or you can attend the event all on its own. Your choice. Either way, this event is going to fill up fast, and it’s limited to 30 people total. Period. No if’s, and’s or but’s – so if you act fast and get in, then you’re in, and if you sit on the fence too long, you’re not.
